Monday 18th September-Please make sure you are familiar with the procedure and what to do. This is a drill – so everyone can know what is happening and it can be discussed with students before hand.

Louise, Chloe and I will be visiting 3 special schools in Tasmania next week. We are interested to look at the curriculum scope and assessments they do – and hopefully bring some good stuff back with us

Thank you to those who are able to give plenty of notice if you are going to be away and finding relief when you are able to.

If you are going to be away please make sure you let a member of admin (Antoinette, Jan, Sean or I) know and not just Kellie, as Kellie’s role is to find relief for you. Lots of people loop us all together into a messenger message which is perfect.

While Kellie is the person who physically finds the relief, it is generally Jan and Sean who will shuffle staff around, action feedback about staff, follow up with them when they are sick etc.

A few reminders about the photcopiers and paper:

• JESC supply paper for B Block and the staffroom ONLY. All other photocopiers paper are supplied via the primary school. You can print/use any photocopier as JPS will charge us appropriately.  But don’t use the paper from other blocks for B Block and the staffroom.
• Paper is stocked in the artroom (storeroom in duplicating room). 
• Please ensure you use a full pack when filling the photocopier to avoid damage to the paper being left in the pack.
• Please do not use the photocopier paper for 'scrap' paper.

• Starkick
• Caversham and 
• Yr6 camp.

These are for permissions follow up only-don't worry about missing payments as we will follow up separately.

Reminder to excursion organisers to please bring all paperwork/planning documentation to Kirsty H once the excursion has happened as we need to archive.
