Asthma, Epilepsy, Epi-pen training 3:15 – 5:15pm trade off
Training after school next week, is the final hours for trade off for the year. If you do not need to trade off, but are willing to do the training we will pay you for your time. Please be on time for the training. – attached are the groups for each day.
Moving forward we would like staff to be trained in first aid, team teach (level 2), manual handling and asthma, epilepsy, epi-pen training.
We will be offering all of these things every year – so staff can make sure they are up to date. We are putting together a spread sheet with the training, to see how often these trainings need to be refreshed, and to determine who needs to do what when.
It is coming to that time of the year again, please plan early. If you need additional time, now is the time to book in a day/ half day so we can guarantee relief. Reports will be due at the end of week 8.
Happy World Teacher’s Day!!
Thanks to those who came by the staff room and enjoyed brekkie together. Everyone really does work hard, and sometimes its nice to sit together and talk about anything not school related!
It is a free dress day on Tuesday! Encourage students (and staff) to come dressed in Halloween themed dress… alternatively students can just wear free dress if they feel more comfortable.
The flyer below has been sent to families via app and Seesaw.
We have had a very limited uptake of fundraising for Colour Run. Please promote this with your class and encourage families to register.
We are having a new server installed in Week 7, this means the school will have no computers, photocopiers, phones etc from 3pm Tuesday 21 November until Thursday 23 November.
Paper rolls will be sent to classes for these days for attendance recording, and correspondence will be sent to families to advise.
Please plan around this!! It might be a good day to get through some assessment tasks with students.
