Heidi has secured a $90,000 grant over 3 years ($30,000) each year to support the creation of a Fundamental Motor Skills Program, assessment tool, scope and sequence, tutorial videos, eye gaze & switch system program etc. This is based around the physical skills students need to be able to access digital technologies. This is quite a big project, and at times groups of people may be involved to trial, trouble shoot, give feedback and create some of what we plan on achieving.

It has been made for children with disability, including those with high support needs and complex communication as well as those on the Autism Spectrum. All performances are “relaxed”.
The performers use multi-modal communication including live music, strong visuals, key signs and limited language. There is an adjacent chill out space for any students who need a sensory break.
Audience members are invited to enjoy the performance in their own way and are free to move around, join in and explore. A social story and other preparation materials support student engagement.
