We have updated these guidelines. It is the first time this document has been reviewed since 2019, so the language has been aligned to be current. Please take the time to look over the document.
National ReconciliationWeek is from Monday 27 May to Monday 3 June and the theme is Now More Than Ever, a reminder that the fight for justice and the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people will continue.
Reconciliation WA has provided a signature block that you may wish to add to the bottom of your email from now to the end of this period.
Here’s how to add the banner to your email signature:
- Save the attached NRW2024 email signature to your desktop, then right click and select copy
- In Outlook (desktop) go to File > Options > Mail and select signatures
- Scroll to the bottom of your email signature block, right click and select paste
You can also add a link to Reconciliation WA’s National Reconciliation Week information by:
- Right clicking on the image and selecting link
- When the pop up launches, enter https://www.recwa.org.au/nrw-2024/ in the field and click OK
We also have an Ikon service about adding/changing your email signature - https://ikon.education.wa.edu.au/-/set-up-an-email-signature
