Harper Fisher(F)-Room 35. **Harper has allergies to gluten and nightshades (eg: potato, capsicum and tomato).She is also lactose intolerant. No medications have been supplied and medical forms have been put into pigeonholes for those with medical folders in class.
Kadek Daniswara(M)-Room 1 *Possibly starting on Tuesday 15 July, or week 2 of Term 3. Start date will be confirmed Monday 15 July.
Emails were sent to relevant staff with details in the last couple of weeks.
You can access the school any time, except for the day your area is being cleaned.
For security purposes:
- Only the areas being cleaned will be unlocked and unarmed each day.
- If you are accessing the school you need to unlock/unarm and lock/alarm the areas yourself.
- Do not contact the cleaning and gardening staff during the holidays as they are busy and have limited time to complete their work.
- Do not contact Camp Australia.
Bins will not be emptied during the holidays, please take all rubbish home with you. We have had a lot of issues with mice and rats!

Holiday Works
See the details of the works taking place during the holidays:
LED Lighting Upgrade
- Friday 28 June - Sunday 14 July
- Internal Lights: Admin, Library, C Block, D Block and B Block
- Security Lights: B Block, Demountables, C Block, D Block, H Block & E Block
- Contractors will be working through the entirety of the school holidays. We do not have a schedule for when each area is being completed. If an electrician is working in your room/wet area, please do not interupt them, you may need to work in a different area or come back another day.
Carpet Upgrade
- Saturday 6 July and Sunday 7 July
- Room 4, Room 19 and Room 20
- Teachers have been advised of how their rooms need to be left. Some furniture will be stored in C Block and H Block wet areas for the duration of the holidays.
JESC Bus Shed – Kindy Carpark
- End of June – Ground Scan / Temp Fencing (no definite date for this to be installed yet)
- Monday 1 July to Friday 12 July – Site Works / Retaining Wall & Soak well installed
- Then work to continue into Term 3
- Kindy Carpark may be unavailable

First Aid training commences in week 3 Term 3.
If you have not yet completed the online portion of the training, please do so before your booked training date.
It’s that time of the year where we need to start thinking about staffing for 2025 and all the intricacies around it.
Please use the link https://forms.office.com/r/ETxbzDvCFw and complete the questionnaire electronically. Please note that the school is staffed to suit the needs of the students. Individual requests are considered, not guaranteed. All information entered will be kept strictly confidential amongst the admin team.
It is imperative that ALL staff (permanent and contract) complete these timeously. The questionnaire can be completed on a PC or your mobile phones. We will only accept the information electronically.
Please make sure you complete it by the end of Week 1, Term 3 (Friday 19 July 2024).
