Our process has been finalised for the Education Assistant Pool. Several Education Assistants have been offered positions – completing our Education Assistant staffing for 2025. We have almost finalised our teaching positions.

You are able to let families know which classes students will be in next year – but do just let them know that things could still change, even though we hope they don’t!

Is coming up on Tuesday 3 December. Amber Anthony (Xander and Jude’s Mum) has arranged for a coffee van to come to school to give everyone a hot/cold drink. Amber has paid for a drink for everyone – I have vouchers for everyone which can be given out closer to the date.

Next year it might be nice to do something to celebrate this day… not a big event – but it could possibly launch Adventure Week?

Moving forward, the gates will be locked from 3:15pm. This includes all gates except for the admin gate and the gates in the junior playground. There have been an increasing number of issues with students after school (Joondalup Primary Students) so the Primary School are trying to minimise the risk by asking families to leave earlier. Unsupervised students who are at school without parents in the mornings are to go to the undercover area where they will be supervised by Carol Selley. (Again this is all Primary School students).

Is available on TEAMS for everyone to access – to download, and add to. We have changed the look a little to include weekends, and school holidays so we can put in any building works, cleaning days etc. Please note now that everyone has access it also means everyone is able to change and delete… so please be careful!

Classroom feedback has been positive for decorating doors for Christmas so get your thinking hats on and Pintrest saves started!

Decorating can commence from 1 December with judging happening on Wednesday 11 December.

Will be held on Tuesday 19 November in the undercover area. The only students that need to attend are those that are part of a performance with their buddy class. There is no expectation for staff to attend this night, however any help is welcomed.

We will be on the BBQ selling sausage sizzles, and there is always support needed to marshal students for their performance.

In 2025 assemblies will be held on Friday mornings. We are still finding the right time to start – however we believe it will be from 9:00 – 9:30am.

Please think about this when planning for next year.
