A document is available on Teams in the Excursions folder to book our school bus for excursions. When you are completing excursion paperwork, please add your excursion to this document. It outlines how many seats are available and in what configuration is needed to be able to accommodate up to 2 wheelchairs. Please use this to assist your planning and ensuring there is enough room.

Reminder - if you need to book external buses for excursions, please come and see/email Louise with details. 

SDD for Term 3 will consist of whole school data reflections and time for classes to interpret the data and what it means for their students. There will be time for collaboration in class groups for planning and IEP preparation. Please see the agenda attached. Morning tea and lunch will be provided in the staffroom.

There will be some tweaks in Compass for entering student attendance. Kirsty will run through the changes at the SDD next term, but a heads up, attendance will need to be marked in both the morning and the afternoon, starting in Term 3. 

Ape Escape excursions will be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for Weeks 9 and 10. Please ensure you have read the paperwork from Natasha and Jade and check if you have any questions. All teachers with students attending are able to view who has given consent for the excursion. Please make sure you check this and follow up with parents who have not consented. Phone calls have been made by Kirsty H today for both Monday and Tuesday's dates.

*Regarding roll marking for the day-classes, please mark your class roll as usual in the morning with students as present in class (unless notified of an absence). Natasha will mark the excursion roll separately later in the day when attending the excursion.

ESNN Performing Arts Festival on Friday 27 June. The Year 5's and 6's have been busy practicing their drumming items ready to present at the event. Thanks Tim for coordinating.
