Dear colleagues and friends
Kenwick School has joined this worthy cause, some of you may have individually or as a school done so. If you haven’t would you consider helping our school’s fund raising efforts?
Firstly a little more information on Busking for Change from our Sensory Programs who is the school’s driving force behind our involvement in this cause.
“This year, Kenwick School are Busking For Change, changemakers. This is a new musical fundraiser by the Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF). Simply put, students will learn to sing a song in English and Kriol or play an instrument and raise money for their efforts. As a school community we have a goal to raise $250 (long since surpassed). All funds raised help kids and families in remote Communities access and create books in the languages they speak at home. Please click on the link and learn more about this joyful fundraiser that helps us all to be changemakers.”
Registrations to participate has expired. However, if you would like to help, the simplest way is click on the link below which takes you to the Kenwick School link and hand over some dosh.
You will receive an email from Antoinette, Jan Sean or myself in relation to performance development.
Beldon/Creaney permission slips
Please find permission slip checklists attached for Beldon and Creaney Sports DAys.
Don't worry about the payment side as they are not all marked off-just for permissions information and follow up.
Thanks
